The property, located in East London, was sold for £380,000 after Knightsbridge managed to generate plenty of interest. A total of 16 viewings and 4 offers were made before being sold, displaying the business as an incredibly sought after opportunity. The mid terraced property consists of a lock up shop on the ground floor and a 2 bedroom flat above in a densely populated residential area.

Knightsbridge have successfully completed the £100,000 sale of Printexpress Print & Copy Centre (Buxton) Ltd to Proper Graphics Ltd.

Established since 1982, Derbyshire-based Printexpress offers a wide range of products and services, including the production of stationery and letterheads, digital design, wide format printing for posters and promotional materials, and finishing services to produce booklets and manuals etc. Many of the company’s trade accounts have been served for many years, with strong relationships developed and stocks held for immediate dispatch to further solidify these relationships.

The acquirer, Mike Grange of Proper Graphics Ltd, was one of several parties who expressed their interest in acquiring Printexpress.

The Oldham-based manned security contractor was sold within the initial 12 month agreement for £120,000 to private buyer Mr Andy O’Halloran.

Established in 2006, A P Security is an SIA approved contractor responsible for safeguarding a number of businesses and commercial properties throughout the North West. Services include; Industrial & commercial security, Static guards, Mobile patrols, Key-holding and alarm response.

The opportunity to acquire A P Security was not short of interest, with 8 viewings arranged by Knightsbridge and 2 offers received before Mr O'Halloran completed the acquisition.
