Successful sale of well established Pet Store in Westminster

Knightsbridge has successfully completed the £122,500 sale of St John's Pets Ltd in Westminster, London.

Established in 2003, the business primarily specialises in pet products whilst also offering grooming services for both Dogs and Cats.

The business occupies a prominent position just off the main high street with approximately 5 miles away from Central London which is connected by excellent mainline train links and nearby bus stops.

Occupying a very well presented single fronted property, the main floor of the shop consists of a fully fitted retail area, with an equipped grooming parlour and kitchen located in the basement.

The business was acquired by private buyer Paul Tench. Mr Tench was one of several parties who expressed an interest in the opportunity and intends to work within the business himself.

Senior Negotiator, Leanne Boulding, has successfully sold Windmill Pet supplies. This business is a provider of cats, dogs and other small animal’s food and offers the purchaser high percentage margins with minimal time investment.

Windmill Pet Supplies has been acquired by Elizabeth Bailey who plans to work in the business full time and expand the business from its current operating level.
