Knightsbridge complete sale of Butler & Co Limited

Knightsbridge Business Sales are pleased to announce the successful sale of Butler & Co Limited, trading as Fairfield Garage.

Operating from a spacious freehold site in Stockton-on-Tees, this highly regarded business has been serving the local community since the 1960’s and has since built up a loyal and dedicated base of regular repeat clients with the majority of business coming from private motorists.

The business is a fully VOSA authorised testing station and can test most cars and light vehicles. In addition, they offer a wide range of garage services including full servicing and general vehicle repairs.

The business was purchased by private buyer Mr Alexander, who was one of several interested parties.

Knightsbridge announce sale of The Quay Garage in Cornwall

The Quay Garage in Padstow, Cornwall has been successfully sold to new owners.

The garage, which offers all aspects of car repairs and servicing, boasts an excellent reputation among its customers and within the local area, with the majority of business obtained a result of repeat custom or word of mouth referrals.

The business operates from a single storey industrial unit with a separate reception.

The garage
was brought to the market as our clients wanted to pursue other business interests.

The new owner, Mr Warren, intends to work in the business himself.

East Sussex based Autocentre successfully sold

The business was established by our client in 2000 and has seen turnover increase year on year. Situated in Peacehaven in East Sussex the garage offers Servicing, Tyres, MOT’s, Wheel Alignment, Air Con refills, Nitrogen, Repairs and Batteries. The business has an excellent reputation and has a large number of regular customers as well as referrals and word of mouth.

Occupying a substantial single-storey lock-up premise situated on a busy industrial estate, the premises benefits from ample parking at the front and is surrounded by a densely populated residential area.

The business attracts a variety of different clients from local residents to passing trade along with a lot of local businesses and some corporate accounts.

Established in 2000, the business was offered to the market in October 2013 due to our clients plans for retirement and sold just 8 months later to a private buyer, Mr. Rusbridge.

Laurel Service Centre based in Fairfield, Liverpool, was sold by Knightsbridge Business Sales Ltd to a new owner on 5^th August 2013.

Established by our client in the early 1980s and occupying the current premises since 1986, the well respected garage offers mechanical repairs to all vehicle types and serves a loyal, regular customer base. Its location, a prominent corner position on the main arterial route into the city centre from the M62, sees large volumes of passing trade throughout the day and attracted the attention of private buyer Steven Davies, who could see plenty of opportunity for growth, for example by increasing the range of services offered and the development of a smaller unit off the main workshop.
