Liverpool Post Office purchased by Martin MCColls

Waddicar Lane Post Office in Melling, Liverpool has been purchased by Martin McColls for £390,000. The large freehold premises was offered for sale by our client due to their pending retirement. The business attracted significant interest before being purchased by Martin McColls.

Martin McColls is the UK's leading neighbourhood retailing group with over 1250 stores.

Two Sunderland Florists sold to new owners

Knightsbridge has successfully sold two florists to new owners. Cleadon Florists and Velentines have sold to Mrs Makintosh and Mr Bradbury repsectively, both are first time buyers and plan to work in the shops full time.
The two businesses received nine viewings in total are were purchased for an undisclosed price.

East London Launderette Sold

Knightsbridge has successfully sold The Launderette in Leyton for £250,000. Our client wished to sell the business in order to retire and accepted an offer from Yusuf Patel. Mr Patel intends to work in the business full time and is retaining the existing staff.

The Launderette, which wasestablished in 1970 and includesan substantial freehold,  received a high level of interest that resulted in eight viewings and three different offers.

Doncaster Hardware Retailer sold by Knightsbridge

Knightsbridge have successfully sold The Emporium in Doncaster for an undisclosed sum.
Established in 1986, the business enjoys a prominent position in Doncaster and was purchased by Mr A Seaman, who is looking to build on the success created by our client.

The business was on the market for less than four months and attracted significant interest during this time. Deal executive Samantha Wright described the sale as a “quick and straightforward sale” and would like to wish both parties “the best of luck in the future”.

Established in 2005 by our client, Charnwood is an e-commerce business that trades throughout the UK providing an extensive product range for fundraising events. Product categories include collection boxes, flags, bunting, bingo accessories, activity games, arts and crafts, face painting, outdoor and party games, raffle and tombola accessories, sideshow games, trophies and medals, stationery for children and racing ducks etc.

Knightsbridge have successfully completed the sale of a well established post office in Wolverhampton. Established in the 1950’s the business has enjoyed many years of successful trading and was only sold due to the retirement of our client.
The new owner, Mrs Kaur is planning on working in the business full time having successfully completed the Post Office interview.

Knightsbridge has successfully sold a camping and caravan site in Fife for £530,000. The well established site includes 25 site spaces, fantastic owners accommodation and additional land for expansion.
Our client decided to sell the business in order to enjoy his retirement and accepted the offer from Craig Young and his wife who decided on the purchase as a lifestyle change.
