E-commerce business, Prostyles Limited, was established over 17 years ago, and is a leading supplier of quality hair extensions including real hair and specially formulated Prohair fibre.

Alongside hair extensions, the business offers complementary products including aftercare, hair extension tools, brushes, shampoos, conditioners and accessories. The company also offers a full range of training courses on the application of hair extensions.

The company’s customer base is comprised of professional hairdressers, mobile hairdressers, wholesalers and international clients, resulting in a large database of clients and good levels of repeat custom.

After Knightsbridge generated plenty of interest, with a total of 3 offers being made, the business was sold for £80,000 to buyer Mark Wood, who purchased on behalf of investors. Our client is now able to retire.

Popular Pretzel Franchise Sold

The pretzel franchise is a well-known name with a worldwide reputation as the world’s largest soft pretzel retailer with well over 1,500 locations in over 30 countries. Auntie Anne’s Woking boasts a great trading location on the busiest walkway within the local shopping mall.

Our client had chosen to sell the business in order to pursue other business interests. The incoming buyer will continue to work with the franchise as well as retain the original staff.

IT Solutions Provider Successfully Sold After 9 Months

We are delighted to announce the sale of PCC Limited, A Dundee-based IT solutions provider after less than 9 months of coming to the market.

Established in 1992, by Husband and Wife team, John and Christina Phillips, the company works with clients throughout Scotland across a wide array of sectors including retail, local authorities, legal and construction.

The buyer, Cloudstream Technology Ltd, is a Fife-based IT consultant offering a range of technology and connectivity solutions throughout the UK.

After generating plenty of interest, PCC Limited presented an excellent fit and complemented those businesses already established within the Cloudstream Technology group.

Domiciliary Care Agency acquired after just 7 months on the market

The business was established in 2003 by our client and a business partner, following long careers in the home care industry. With just a single client at its inception, the company steadily grew and plateau 3-4 years later.  At this point, our client bought out her business partner, and the company began to grow again; but at a far faster rate than before, increasing client numbers, turnover and profitability in the years that followed.

Now serving a client base of 83, the company prides itself in the quality of care that it offers; and is particularly adept at handling more complex cases involving alcohol and/or drug dependency; with clients from both self funded sources and local social services.

The business operates from a small office in a shared building in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. From this base, the company serves clients in Scarborough, and the surrounding villages.

The acquirer was Clarity Care Solutions Ltd, a provider of numerous different types of care services which have been designed to help clients remain independent and to continue living in their own home.

Second 2 None will be developed further as a bolt on business.

Specialist monitoring services company sold

Eastern Monitoring Services was sold by Knightsbridge business sales in July 2014, just 10 months after being offered up to the market.

Established in 2009 and under ownership of the vendor since 2011, the company specialises in CCTV System Design, LIVE CCTV Monitoring and Security Consultancy to project integrators, facility managers, national installers and individual end user business clients.

The Norfolk based business has organically grown over the years to provide a one stop CCTV security solutions package for its clients. The Company has around 23 customers who all use the Live CCTV security services to save on full time manned security.

The business can be fully relocated, presenting an ideal bolt on opportunity to an existing security company. The current customer base covers Suffolk, Norfolk, Sheffield, Coventry and Slough. The vendor was fully active in the business and, assisted by 5 CCTV operators to oversee the cameras.

The business was acquired by Integrated Security Solutions firm Brooknight who intend to use it as a bolt-on business.

Senior negotiator Samantha Wright revealed that the opportunity generated a high amount of interest from similar security businesses and the transaction was quick and straightforward.

East Sussex based Autocentre successfully sold

The business was established by our client in 2000 and has seen turnover increase year on year. Situated in Peacehaven in East Sussex the garage offers Servicing, Tyres, MOT’s, Wheel Alignment, Air Con refills, Nitrogen, Repairs and Batteries. The business has an excellent reputation and has a large number of regular customers as well as referrals and word of mouth.

Occupying a substantial single-storey lock-up premise situated on a busy industrial estate, the premises benefits from ample parking at the front and is surrounded by a densely populated residential area.

The business attracts a variety of different clients from local residents to passing trade along with a lot of local businesses and some corporate accounts.

Established in 2000, the business was offered to the market in October 2013 due to our clients plans for retirement and sold just 8 months later to a private buyer, Mr. Rusbridge.

The business was purchased by private Buyer Balvant Patel who intends to work in the business. Gemma Moss, negotiating, was delighted that the deal was concluded less than 12 months after coming the market.

Established for over 13 years, The Crescent Café in Coventry worked hard to institute itself as a friendly eatery offering fresh traditional foods at competitive prices. The business has an extensive menu including hot and cold foods, snacks, hot and cold drinks, a children’s menu, weekly changing specials and a buffet service.

Situated on Jubilee Crescent, one of Coventry’s busiest areas outside of the City centre, the businesses ideal location opposite a number of bus stops and nearby free ample parking means that the café has become very popular with many regular customers ranging from shoppers, traders within the parade and OAP’s wishing to take advantage of the special OAP rates in which it offers.

Occupying leasehold premises that are approximately 500 sq ft; the business is accessed by a single entry point leading to main eating area with 40 covers.  There is a small counter area with kitchen situated directly behind, WC and storage facilities. Body & Soul a well established Beauty Salon and Skin Clinic based in Sutton Coldfield, was sold in a deal competed by Knightsbridge business sales in February 2014, less than 10 months after being offered to the market.

The business was offered to the market in order to enable our clients to concentrate on their other business ventures.

The acquirer, trade buyer Cosmetic Care Ltd, purchased the business in order to expand their current operations.
