Knightsbridge have successfully completed the £100,000 sale of Printexpress Print & Copy Centre (Buxton) Ltd to Proper Graphics Ltd.Established since 1982, Derbyshire-based Printexpress offers a wide range of products and services, including the production of stationery and letterheads, digital design, wide format printing for posters and promotional materials, and finishing services to produce booklets and manuals etc. Many of the company’s trade accounts have been served for many years, with strong relationships developed and stocks held for immediate dispatch to further solidify these relationships.
The acquirer, Mike Grange of Proper Graphics Ltd, was one of several parties who expressed their interest in acquiring Printexpress.
