Di Lieto sandwich bar in London has been successfully sold to new owners in a £230,000 deal.Situated on Fleet Street, the business, which generates an annual turnover of £375,000, occupies a prominent position on one of the most famous roads in London. There are a large number of offices, lawyer’s chambers, law courts and solicitor’s offices close-by with the business sitting right in the middle of these.
There are many underground stations and bus stops close-by as well as a number of tourist attractions which bring thousands of people daily to the area.
The opportunity generated multiple viewings before a deal was agreed with a private buyer who intends on running the business full time and sees it as a future investment for her family.
