Knightsbridge have completed the successful sale of A P Security just 9 months after coming to the market.The Oldham-based manned security contractor was sold within the initial 12 month agreement for £120,000 to private buyer Mr Andy O’Halloran.
Established in 2006, A P Security is an SIA approved contractor responsible for safeguarding a number of businesses and commercial properties throughout the North West. Services include; Industrial & commercial security, Static guards, Mobile patrols, Key-holding and alarm response.
The opportunity to acquire A P Security was not short of interest, with 8 viewings arranged by Knightsbridge and 2 offers received before Mr O'Halloran completed the acquisition.
