Silicone Inks Limited, an ink supplier based in Kent has been successfully sold by Knightsbridge Business Sales within 7 months of coming to the market.

The business was established in 2001 and supplies ink for the silicone rubber printing industry, with 60% of sales coming from the UK and 40% worldwide. The business has built an excellent reputation within the sector and with the vendor approaching retirement, our client chose to put the business up for sale.

The business was established in 2003 and has developed an enviable reputation which has boosted the company’s growth during this time. The company provides a complete IT department for businesses, from desktop support to server administration, IT strategy and management.

In addition to providing IT services to the SMB market, the company provides services to other companies IT departments looking to enhance their own services or to backfill their staffing needs. 

Network Integrity Services (NIS) based in Manchester, purchased the company and will merge the operations of both businesses. The new owners intend to maintain operations in both Manchester and Hertforshire, creating new jobs in the process. 

The business received high levels of interest, including two offers since coming to market. We wish both parties every success in the future.

Bon Bon News in Liverpool has been sold to new owners, with a deal agreed just three months after coming to market. The business was matched to over 600 buyers registered on the Knightsbridge database and a meeting with the eventual purchaser arranged just a few weeks later. 

The business has been established for 50 years and has been in our clients hands since the year 2000. Positioned on one of Liverpool’s busiest commuter routes the newsagent serves a great deal of regular customers in addition to a high volume of passers by.
