This very well established Florists in Goldaming, Surrey, has been sold to new owners within 5 months of coming to the market.

Abbey Flowers offers arrangements, baskets, bouquets, gift sets, hand tied, planted bowls, plants and vase arrangements as well as balloons, chocolates and cuddly toys.

The majority of the business comes from regular customers although the business does have some local accounts with schools, residential homes and offices.

The business occupies a small lock up corner position close to the town centre.

The business was brought to the market by Knightsbridge in March 2015 and was sold less than 5 months later to private buyer Ellen Mason, who intends to work within the shop as manager alongside a new florist.

Knightsbridge has successfully sold two florists to new owners. Cleadon Florists and Velentines have sold to Mrs Makintosh and Mr Bradbury repsectively, both are first time buyers and plan to work in the shops full time.

The two businesses received nine viewings in total are were purchased for an undisclosed price.

Negotiator Sam Wright explained, “both deals were completed reasonably quickly with both buyers supplying the relevant information in a timely manner. I would like to wish all parties the best of luck in the respective futures”.
