Knightsbridge have advised on the successful sale of Newport Fitness Centre.

Based in Shropshire, Newport Fitness Centre offers its members a range of health and fitness services, including gym equipment, a beauty room, personal training sessions, physiotherapy and tanning equipment, the business has excellent links with the local college, ensuring regular opportunities to further expand its client base.

The business benefits from a number of different types of clients. Many of its members are on either monthly or annual subscriptions, ensuring a regular income stream. There are however, also a number of Pay As You Go clients, who frequent as and when they are available.

The business was offered for sale due to personal circumstances and was snapped up by private buyer Mr Lowe who intends to work in the business full time.

Sale of commercial print and copy centre in Derbyshire

Knightsbridge have successfully completed the £100,000 sale of Printexpress Print & Copy Centre (Buxton) Ltd to Proper Graphics Ltd.

Established since 1982, Derbyshire-based Printexpress offers a wide range of products and services, including the production of stationery and letterheads, digital design, wide format printing for posters and promotional materials, and finishing services to produce booklets and manuals etc. Many of the company’s trade accounts have been served for many years, with strong relationships developed and stocks held for immediate dispatch to further solidify these relationships.

The acquirer, Mike Grange of Proper Graphics Ltd, was one of several parties who expressed their interest in acquiring Printexpress.
