Heldite Limited, a London based jointing compound and sealant manufacturer, has been sold to a trade buyer for £115,000 plus stock at value.
The adhesive manufacturer was established in 1922 and has created a universal sealant which has proved invaluable in the evolving technological world. The business has been owned and run by one family for almost 50 years, who successfully guided the business through the recession onto a steady path. The business has shown a steady growth since with growing exports representing around 39% of turnover.

Trade buyer, Rustins Limited purchased the business with the intention of relocating operations to their base in North West London and retaining the staff.
