The Italian restaurant is situated in a popular location in Skipton and boasts a picturesque setting. The substantial two storey property had a huge scope for growth so following a number of viewings and an offer being made, the business was successfully sold to a private buyer.
The incoming buyer and their business partner have plans to refurbish the property and change the space into a coffee shop/bistro whilst retaining the original staff. Our client intends to pursue other business commitments.
