Café
Leo, is a well established family business based in Greenock, Scotland, and
boasts high weekly takings. Occupying a great location in a busy shopping
centre and with seating for 42, the business receives a high volume of footfall.

Boulding, was able to attract a good number of viewings on the business, and
one offer, securing a sale for £100,000 in September 2012. New owner Steve
Stewart intends to work in the business full time. Leanne outlines that it was
great to complete the deal within a year of the business being on the market,
and would like to offer both parties best wishes for the future.
Border Office Supplies Sold by Knightsbridge
Border Office Supplies, an Office Equipment and Stationery Suppliers
based in Alfreton has been sold by Knightsbridge in an exciting eleventh hour
deal.
The highly regarded business was established in 1984 by our clients,
providing a comprehensive range of products to the office and business market
place including stationery, computers, machines, accessories, consumables and
furniture.
Having been on the market for a year, and with the owners desperate
to retire, they decided to close down the business. Not giving up, and in a
final last attempt to try and generate a sale, deal negotiator and Knightsbridge
manager Gemma Moss continued to contact trade buyers with complementary or
synergistic companies. This attracted the attention of trade buyer Chris Hall
from The Green Ink Co. He immediately saw the opportunity for a bolt-on to his
existing business, offering significant scope for expansion.
The deal completed
for the value of £40,000 in September 2012. Gemma would like to wish both
parties the best of luck in the future.
