Hampshire Butchers Sold by Knightsbridge

Established in the 1960’s, C Knight & Son Butchers in Waterlooville has been in the hands of our client since 1987. The owner wished to sell the business in order to retire and was purchased by Mr Lukosius who will work in the business full time.

The business offers a traditional range of meats and cooked meats, homemade sausages, pies and some fish and benefits from a prominent high street location.

Liverpool Cafe sold by Knightsbridge

L18 Cafe in Liverpool has been sold to new owners after just six months on the market.

Located in the Mossley Hill area of Liverpool the cafe offers a varied menu and is well established having been under current ownership for the last 3½ years. The business is a popular destination for many regular diners from the local area and many passers by who are attracted by its prominent signage being just off a busy main road.

The new owners, Mr & Mrs Roberts plan to work in the business full time whilst retaining the existing staff. This is their first business venture and Knightsbridge wish them the best of luck.

The outgoing owners plan to concentrate their time on other business interests and we wish them luck in their future endeavours. 

Claire & Hannah's Convenience Store Sold by Knightsbridge

Knightsbridge has successfully negotiated the sale of Claire & Hannah's Convenience store in Doncaster. Having established the business in 2005 our clients brought the business to market due to their plan to move out of the area.

The store retails confectionery, tobacco and various convenience lines with e-top up facilities and since purchasing our clients have increased trade year on year and re-fitted the retail areas. The business proved popular and attracted six viewings before our clients accepted a leasehold offer.

The business was purchased by Mr Sun who plans to run the business with his family.

Wirral based Investment Property Sold

Wirral based Investment Property, Enigma has been sold by Knightsbridge in a speedy transaction, completing in May 2012. 

Situated on The Broadway in the middle of a busy parade of shops, the spacious premises, with planning permission for a restaurant already in place, attracted the attention of buyer Helen Goodbody, via a “For Sale” board. 

Manager Gemma Moss on the negotiation team emphasises the positive response that having a “For Sale” board can bring, with greatly increased levels of interest, and hopes to see more clients considering this option in the future.

West Bromwich based Newsagents Sold

S&J News, Newsagents in West Bromwich has been established in excess of 50 years. The business has a high volume of passing trade, with weekly takings of £6,000, is well fitted and equipped and offers lots of scope to increase trade. 

Our client was seeking a genuine retirement sale, and dealt directly with buyer Mr Kathir, assisted in negotiations by Samantha Wright from Knightsbridge. 

The £35,000 leasehold sale was completed in May, and the buyer intends to work full time within the business.
