Office in Leigh to a private investor, Mr. Mian. The sale of the business
completed in under a year following a steady stream of 11 viewings.
This long established post office had been under the ownership
of our clients for 16 years; within this time the business became an important
focal point of the community, providing essential Post Office services for
local residents as well as offering a small range of retail lines including
confectionery, stationery and greeting cards. The business operates from a
substantial end of terrace parade property with well presented three double
bedroom accommodation above.
The new owner intends to work in the business full time and
continue the success enjoyed by the Post Office over many years.
