Knightsbridge has successfully sold Britalia Italian Restaurant in Retford to Mr. Ian Clifton; Ian plans to work and run the business as a full time chef.

Britalia Italian Restaurant benefits from its prime location and intimate dining experience; the business receives a lot of trade from word of mouth referrals as well as passing trade.

Our clients now plan to embark upon their retirement following the successful operation of this business since 1984; Knightsbridge wish the couple a long and happy retirement and our buyer the best of luck in his new venture.

Jeremy’s Soups in Cumbria Sold by Knightsbridge

Knightsbridge are delighted to announce the sale of Cumbria based Soup Manufacturer, Jeremy’s Soups Ltd. The business was established by our clients in 2002 and manufactures a multi-award winning range of 12 soups, by traditional methods using only the finest regional produce available. 

The business has a substantial customer base including independent retailers, cafes, and 26 Booths supermarket stores. Experienced negotiator Leanne Boulding managed the sale process, and highlights that although it had its challenging moments, all at Knightsbridge are thoroughly delighted to conclude a sale for our clients. 

The deal, which completed in March 2012, will see trade buyer Steve Elkins bolt-on the business to his existing Surrey based sandwich manufacturing company. Leanne and all the team would like to extend their warmest best wishes for the future to our clients as they exit to pursue other interests.
